Class Pack & Drop-In Policy

Class Packs: Single, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30 Classes

• Class Access: Each purchased class pack grants access to the number of classes listed on the pack. Classes are valid for the duration indicated at purchase.
• Class Start & Doors: Doors lock 2 minutes after class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted to maintain the quality and safety of the session.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours before the scheduled class.
  • Cancellations or reschedules can be made by calling or emailing the studio.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $15 fee per missed class.
• Usage: Class packs may only be used by the purchaser and are non-transferable.
• Refunds & Credits: All class packs are non-refundable. Unused classes may be applied toward studio credit at management’s discretion.
• Exclusions: Workshops, special events, or private sessions are not included in class packs unless explicitly stated.
• Studio Etiquette & Payment:
  • Clients are asked to keep mobile phones on silent during classes.
  • You may call the studio to check class availability. If a spot is available, we are happy to accommodate you.
  • Cash payments are accepted at the studio, in addition to other payment methods.
  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Please use towels and mats provided, and clean up after use with the wet tissues supplied.

Unlimited Membership Policy

One-Month Unlimited Membership

• Membership Activation: Membership begins on the day of the first class attended, not the purchase date.
• Duration: Month-to-month membership with no automatic renewal.
• Unlimited Access: Enjoy unlimited access to all regularly scheduled group classes during your membership period.
• Exclusions: Workshops, special events, and private sessions are not included.
