Each session takes you on a journey of movement and stillness — from gentle warm-ups to flowing sequences that open, strengthen, and restore. You’ll flow through Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), Warrior poses (Virabhadrasana I & II), Tree Pose (Vrikshasana), Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana), Child’s Pose (Balasana), Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana), and Savasana, among others — each designed to deepen flexibility, balance, and breath awareness.
As the music flows softly in the background, you’ll feel tension melt from your body. The movements become meditative — slow, rhythmic, and deeply personal.
